The Negative module imparts the photometric and spatial characteristics of the film negative. Working with this module can be as simple as choosing a stock, or as granular as modifying parameters of the individual characteristics of the negative.
Gauge / Negative: Select a film negative gauge and stock to emulate. Different stock options become available depending on the selected Film System.
Color & Tone / Halation / Grain / Gate Weave / Flicker: These sections override the active negative stock setting and allow you to fine-tune each component of the negative’s character. Here is more info on each:
