How long does my Screen subscription last?
Your subscription is active for one year from the date of purchase. You'll receive all new features and updates during that time.
How do I renew or extend my subscription?
Your subscription will automatically renew to ensure you'll never miss an update.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you don't want to renew your license, you can cancel it at any time. You can continue to use and re-download the last version of Screen that was released while your subscription was still active. You can re-subscribe at any time to get the latest updates.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the license link that is emailed to you when you complete your purchase. If you no longer have that link you can find it with our
license recovery tool.
How many computers can I use Screen on?
For individuals, you're welcome to install Screen for your own use on up to 3 systems at once. For companies, schools, or other organizations with many users,
contact us to get set up with a multi-seat license.
