How does the perpetual license work?
Simply pay once, and you'll receive Filmbox including any future updates.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you don't want to stay subscribed, you can cancel anytime. You can continue to use Filmbox for the period you've already paid for. After that time, you'll be unable to use Filmbox until you resubscribe.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time by visiting your Video Village Account and navigating to your subscription.
How many computers can I use Filmbox on?
Licenses are for use only by a single individual, and may be activated on two computers at the same time. Studio licenses are per-seat floating licenses.
