How does the perpetual license work?
Simply pay once, and you'll receive Filmbox including any future updates.
How do I renew or extend my subscription?
Your subscription will automatically renew to ensure you'll never miss an update.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you don't want to stay subscribed, you can cancel anytime. You can continue to use Filmbox for the period you've already paid for. After that time, you'll be unable to use Filmbox until you resubscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by signing in to your Video Village account.
How many computers can I use Filmbox on?
Indie licenses are for use only by a single individual, and may be installed on two computers at the same time. Studio licenses are per-seat floating licenses.
